: It's amazing how a drive 5 miles out of town can usher me into a different world. A world where time slows down. The Acura becomes a transporter. Of course, a cup of java adds to to the fun! Todays...

Pictures From New Orleans
Our son, Christopher James, is mucking out homes in New Orleans with our church youth group. Here's a pic on the trip down. We pick him up at the airport on the 4th of July! We know he'll be put...

Sad to admit, I had one of these episodes in a softball game many years ago. I pounded my bat on the ground, threw it, and then knocked all of the bats in the dugout down, as they were neatly standing against the fence. I shouted and pouted like a fool for about 10 minutes, thoroughly embarrassing my wife sitting in the stands. I remember thinking to myself, "Larry, stop it! You’re making a fool of yourself." But I had already gone too far, and was already a fool, so I just gave full vent to my anger. Thank God only a few people remember that incident. But unfortunately one of them happens to be my wife whom I've lived with after that affair 27yrs and counting, who also has a very accurate memory.
Yes, I was kicked out of the game! Thank the Lord it was just a City League Softball League and I wasn’t fined $$$. Whew! With what I make annually I’d still be paying for it. :)

This guy is making a complete Jackass of himself! What a tard! And this is 'sports'??? This is a 3 yr old getting paid to hold up the real 'sport'. I know how to fix this.....give a good 'ol fashioned spanking!
What a complete waste of time and energy! It's a good thing I wasn't an Ump at this game......no way I'd let some clown get up in my face like that; that could easily be constured as assault.
